Located on 165 acres, Roads End was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 1999. Excluding your host residence, your nearest neighbor is one mile away. Roads End acquired its name by in fact being just that: when the road ends you are there. Nestled in a secluded vale, enjoy nature and wildlife as the seasons change. Deer, turkey, and numerous birds are daily visitors.

This house can accommodate up to 11 people. The three bedrooms are fully furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, two full beds, one single bed and a sleeper sofa. All linens are included. The Great room has chestnut plank flooring, and a large stone fireplace. Other than food, the kitchen is fully accessorized including a microwave. Picnic table and grill are provided for outdoor cooking when the weather permits. Enjoy the perennial flower beds while sitting on the screened in porch with wicker furniture and porch swing. Come look inside!
If your outdoor hike, or other activities get canceled due to the weather, never fear; you can enjoy a book or watch cable TV or a movie on the VCR. Children are always welcome and smoking is permitted on the porches.

Directions: From Elkins, take route 219 north 11.7 miles, take a left to Clover Run; travel .02 mi. to a stop sign. Turn right. Continue on 4.1 miles to the Valley Fork Road intersection, take a left (.03 mi) to Brushy Fork Road, then left .08 mi to a bridge on right, turn right across the bridge .07 mi to a red gate, proceed through the red gate and you are there!
