Built in 1849, the foundations of the mill were laid by Mr. Fidler’s slaves, who are buried on the property. The mill is currently being restored by the great, great, great, grandson of the original owner.

Go North from Elkins on US-33 [S Randolph Ave] for 24.9 miles
Keep RIGHT onto Ramp
Turn LEFT (South) onto US-119 [SR-20]
Road name changes to SR-20 [Locust St and then Kanawha St] for 1.7 miles
Road name changes to SR-4 [S Kanawha St]
Road name changes to SR-20 [SR-4] for 12.5 miles
Turn LEFT (South) onto SR-20 [Kanawha Head-Buckhannon] for 3.2 miles
