Cost: Free Located in the building that served as McClellan’s Headquarters during the Civil War Battle of Rich Mountain, permanent exhibits relate the story of the battle as well as revealing the importance of the Staunton-Parkersburg Turnpike to the history of West Virginia and the outcome of the Civil War.
